Chantelle Houghton and Jermain Defoe have flown to Dubai for a romantic break. 

The footie hunk is currently nursing a fractured toe. 

But Chantelle, 25, has been helping Jermain, 26, take his mind off the injury by flaunting her 32DD curves at their holiday resort.

'She looked absolutely stunning in a bikini and Jermain certainly noticed,' a source tells the News Of The World. 

'He couldn't keep his eyes off her as she wandered around. And when Chantelle came back to the sunbeds he couldn't keep his hands off her.'

The pair have been dating since late last year.
