Joel Madden makes announcement online

Nicole Richie is expecting another baby with fiancé Joel Madden.
The couple's daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born on 11 January last year.
'I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!' Joe, 29, writes on the Good Charlotte website under the heading "Better than winning an OSCAR!".
'God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you're] all feeling as good as I am right now.'
Nicole, 27, admits having Harlow has given her life 'a whole new meaning'.
