Singer feels better about herself after sharing her problems
Saturday, 7 March 2009
Lily Allen regularly sees a therapist.
The singer suffered a miscarriage in January 2008, shortly before she split from Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.
It was during this low point that Lily started visiting a counsellor to deal with her grief.
‘I have a brilliant therapist who I see one a week,’ she says.
Lily, 23, says the media attention on her personal life is also a problem.
'Sometimes I feel like I really have had enough,' she tells the Observer Music Monthly. 'And I'm not someone who eats, lives and breathes music; I don't love it enough to keep getting all this.'
