There is 'something' happening between Freida Pinto and Dev Patel, says co-star

Freida Pinto and Dev Patel play childhood sweethearts in Slumdog Millionaire

Slumdog Millionaire’s Freida Pinto and Dev Patel have great chemistry together, says their co-star.

‘When I meet them I feel there is something happening,’ Anil Kapoor, 49, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show.

‘She says, “I have to look after him” and “I have to babysit him” and that kind of stuff.
 
‘I think this is the beginning of something exciting. They definitely make a great pair and look very good together.’

Dev, 18, and Freida, 24, have always denied being romantically linked.

‘We are mates,’ Dev insists. 

It's also been claimed that Freida has a secret husband, who she split with last month.
