Jade Goody asks granddad to walk her down the aisle

John Caddock will support Big Brother star

Jade Goody’s dad Andrew died in 2005 from a heroin overdose

Jade Goody has asked her grandfather to give her away on Sunday when she marries Jack Tweed.

The Big Brother star, 27, will tie the knot at Down Hall Country House Hotel in Hertfordshire and John Caddock, 70, is keen to make sure everything goes smoothly.

‘She’s so brave and she’ll keep fighting until there is no fighting
left to do,’ he says. ‘The news that the cancer has spread hit us all very hard. It’s going to be a tough time for us all, but we all love her with all of our hearts.’

Meanwhile, Jade, 27, is still waiting to hear if Jack, 21, will be able to stay out past his 7pm curfew of their wedding night.

‘We are still working on appealing his tag,’ agent Max Clifford tells the Daily Star. ‘That is all we want so that Jack will not have to go home by 7pm and leave Jade.

‘We are really hoping that they will have big hearts and let him off for one night – that is all we are asking.’
