Girls Aloud set to perform at Jade Goody’s wedding

Group keen to make it happen

Jade Goody has been given just weeks to live

Jade Goody has asked Girls Aloud to play a special set at her wedding.

The Big Brother star, 27, who has terminal cervical cancer, will tie the knot with Jack Tweed, 21, on Sunday at Down Hall hotel in Hertfordshire.

The group – Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle and Kimberley Walsh – have agreed.

'We have had contact from Jade’s people about performing at her wedding and it’s now in the hands of our management,’ Sarah, 27, tells the Daily Star.

‘We are desperately trying to re-arrange our schedule so we can do it. It’s a very say thing to have to discuss.’

Their spokesman adds: ‘They are keen to make it happen.’
