Actress likes to bare all

Dame Helen Mirren is happy to strip off for her film roles.
The actress has flashed her flesh in a number of movies including Calendar Girls and The Cook, The Thief, His Wife And Her Lover.
Dame Helen, 63, insists it can be a fun experience.
'As you get older, naked stuff gets easier,' she tells The Sunday Times Magazine.
'It's more to do with the role than what men think in the audience. There's a liberation about it.'
She's in great shape but Dame Helen doesn't do much to keep her figure.
'No, I'm very lazy,' she says. I go through phases of exercising. I'm a great believer in the Canadian Air Force exercises because they only take 15 minutes.'

Helen Mirren is without a doubt the most talented, gracious, memorable and dynamic actress of the 21st century. I have enjoyed her work in the BBC series, "Prime Suspect", having the episodes several times, and her roll in "Painted Lady" was exceptional. I look forward to seeing her in many, many more films. Brava Helen!
