High School Musical star planning to hire a decorator

Zac Efron has stepped onto the property ladder.
The High School Musical star has splashed out £1milllion on a mansion in LA.
‘It’s very modest,’ he says. ‘It’s not a big house. But it’s pretty cool. A lot of my friends were like, “Dude I want to own a house.”’
Zac, 21, who is dating Vanessa Hudgens, 20, is still getting the place fixed up.
‘I don’t have a bed,’ he tells the Daily Mirror. ‘I’m on an air mattress! I’ve just moved in. I have no furniture. But I’ve got a decorator. He’s kind of a friend.’
Meanwhile, Zac is being tipped to play Jonny Quest in a film adaptation of the cult children’s cartoon.
