Sir Paul McCartney is dating US heiress Nancy Shevell

Sir Paul McCartney has filmed a new fitness video – to help fans with their vision.

The legendary singer is so impressed with his sight-training regime that he’s decided to spread the word.

‘When I was in India, there was a guy at one of the hotels who offered to teach me eye yoga exercises,’ he says in the online clip.

‘He told me eyes are muscles just like any other and they need exercise to keep them working properly.’

Sir Paul, 66, demonstrates his favourite techniques in the video.
