Reality TV star is over his wild days

Jack Osbourne has turned his life around

Sister Kelly checked into rehab last month but Jack Osbourne has his life sorted out.

Sharon and Ozzy's son booked into a clinic in California in 2003 because he was overindulging in marijuana and alcohol - and the therapy worked.

'It saved me,' he says. 'I got some perspective. Now, staying sorted is the main thing.'

These days Jack, 23 - who lost an amazing 5st as he got fit -  focuses his energy on his ITV series Adrenaline Junkieand gets his highs from bungee jumping and kick boxing.

'If I'm going to go, I'd rather fall off El Capitan [a 3,000ft crag in California] than OD in the Viper Room,' he tells You. 'It's all about experience, that's what we're here for.'
