Presenter escapes uninjured after

Classically trained musician Myleene Klass rose to fame on the BBC talent show Popstars

Myleene Klass was the victim of a hit-and-run yesterday morning.

The musician was driving through Islington, north London, when a lorry crashed into her Audi.

‘She stopped at a red light and the lorry behind her hit her,’ Myleene's agent Jonathan Shalit tells the Daily Mail.

‘She pulled over expecting the driver to swap details, but he took one look at her, jumped back into his cab and drove off.

‘Perhaps it was because he recognised her or because of the damage – there’s at least £2,000 worth of repairs.’

Myleene, 30, escaped unscathed and made it to her breakfast meeting.

'She was very shaken, but she's a trouper,' adds Jonathan.
