Jack Tweed will beg probation officials to allow him to extend his curfew.
The toyboy currently wears an electronic tag and has to be home by 7pm - a condition of his early release from prison.
But it means he can’t stay with girlfriend Jade Goody, 27, overnight at London’s Royal Marsden Hospital while she battles cervical cancer.
‘I’m going to ask on compassionate grounds whether my tag can include the hospital,’ he tells the Sunday People.
‘I want to be there for Jade throughout the night if I can. She has told me she’d like me to keep a bedside vigil for her.’
Last year, Jack, 21, was jailed for assaulting a teenager with a golf club in 2006.
