Joe Swash ordered to pay child maintenance

I’m A Celebrity… winner will abide by the ruling

Joe Swash starred in EastEnders

Joe Swash has been told to pay £60 a week in maintenance for his 18-month-old son.

The I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! winner has Harry with ex-girlfriend Emma Sophocleous, 26.

The couple split seven months after the child was born, and Joe, 27, is now dating EastEnders actress Kara Tointon, 25. 

‘He is abiding by the ruling and will continue to do so in the future,’ his spokesman tells the News Of The World.

‘It has been a difficult relationship with his son’s mother and he and his lawyers are working on a solution with regards to access to his son that will suit everyone.’

Joe donated his £30,000 I'm A Celebrity prize to a fund set up after the killing of teenager Ben Kinsella, the brother of former EastEnder Brooke Kinsella.

In December, Joe's pal told The Mirror: 'He is devoted to Harry. He's given Emma money regularly, but hasn't gone through the proper channels.'
