Todd Carty voted off Dancing On Ice

Actor loses skate-off to rugby star Ellery Hanley

Todd Carty became the latest contestant to leave Dancing On Ice last night.

The former EastEnders star and partner Susie Lipanova were bottom of the leaderboard with just 8.5 points.

In the skate-off, the judges decided to save rugby hunk Ellery Hanley, 47.

But Todd, 45, remained upbeat about his exit.

‘From the bottom of my heart to every member of the British public that’s pulled me through, thank you,’ he told viewers.

‘At least now I can have a rest or maybe try another sport... no, I promise I’ll keep on skating.

'I love you all very much and God bless Susie, the best partner in the world.’

Todd won over the public with his bumbling routines.
