Keira Knightley: I love a curry washed down with beer

Actress insists she doesn't have an eating disorder

Keira Knightley likes nothing more than to sit on the sofa with a curry and some booze.

‘[My favourite thing is to have] an Indian takeaway on the sofa - chicken tikka jalfrezi and dhingri mutter - washed down with a bottle of Cobra beer,’ she says.

But despite loving her food, the actress, 23, has been dogged by reports she has an eating disorder.

'I've got a lot of experience with anorexia,’ she tells Red. ‘It was in my family.

'My grandmother and my great-grandmother suffered from it, so I don't think it's anything to be taken lightly.’

‘The rumours could potentially ruin my career because, if I had been ill, there is no way I would be able to do the action movies that I do.'
