Jessica Alba has revealed how she shed her baby weight.

The actress, 27, had Honor Marie in June with husband Cash Warren, 30.

‘I wore a girdle,' she says. 'Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack.

'She told me to put an elastic band around my waist – any kind of band or girdle works.’

Jessica admits she tried to get in shape for a calendar shoot, but quickly gave up.

‘[The workouts] were horrible,’ she tells Elle. ‘I cried. And I haven't worked out since.'
