Amy Winehouse eyes move to Jamaica

Singer to record new album abroad

Amy Winehouse November 2008
Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has launched divorce proceedings

Amy Winehouse wants to set up home in Jamaica and concentrate on finishing her third album.

The singer, 25, has been staying in St Lucia since Christmas.

She is due to return to London this month before jetting back to the Caribbean.

Amy is having the time of her life in St Lucia and doesn’t want it to end,’ says a source.

‘She is looking and feeling so much better and is worried about the bad influences waiting for her back in London.

'She has written a big chunk of her new album and has told bosses she wants to go to Jamaica to record it.’

Producer Mark Ronson, who has collaborated with Amy, told The Sun: ‘She’s got time pencilled in at a studio abroad soon.’
