Singer says it helped her deal with grief

Lily Allen checked into a psychiatric hospital after suffering a miscarriage 12 months ago.
The Smile singer had been pregnant with Ed Simons' baby.
‘[I was in a] nuthouse. Psychiatric clinic,’ she tells the Sunday Mirror. ‘I stayed there for three weeks.
'I was really depressed because of the miscarriage and I'd kind of lost the plot a bit. It was quite a nasty time.
'It was quite nice being in there. No one could get to me; no one knew I was there.'
Lily, 23, split with Ed, 38, one half of the Chemical Brothers, shortly after.

Lily Allen does not tell the tabloids anything at all! She went to a therapist once a week, last February, she was not committed to any institutions. It shows poor taste to the extreme to even report on her loss. And to do it over and over again is stupid. It's understandable that she would seek help after such a hard time. anybody would. Nobody bothered Ed Simmon's ...give her the same courtesy
