George Sampson's spoken of how a rare spine disease could cause him to go blind at any moment.
The breakdancer has Scheuermann’s disease, which causes curvature of the spine.
The condition caused George, 15, to temporarily lose his sight before Christmas 2007.
‘I went blind in one eye for about three months because the nerves in my back caused it by putting pressure on my optic nerve,’ he tells The Sunday Mirror magazine.
‘One minute I could see and the next minute I couldn’t.
‘The doctors told me I have a condition that’s re-occuring so I could go blind again tomorrow.
‘It plays on my mind all of the time as I don’t know when it’s going to happen.’
George won Britain's Got Talent with his dance routine in 2008.
