Return to Beverly Hills with 90210

Brace youself for your new obsession - it's back tonight on E4

90210 new cast
90210 stars on 26 January on E4

Beverly Hills 90210 has been given a noughties revamp and the new 90210 is set to be must-see TV.

Kelly, Brenda and the Peach Pit are back, but the spin-off series begins when new girl Annie Wilson and her adopted brother Dixon leave their home in Kansas and face the tricky task of settling into a brand new life at the glitzy West Beverly Hills High School (sound familiar?).

Already causing a stir in the States with claims that the female stars are too skinny and numerous ‘are they or aren’t they?’ rumours about the old cast returning to the show, 90210 is racking up enough gossip column inches to rival The Hills.

SPOILER ALERT! Guess who had a baby? Little Kelly Taylor, that’s who!And just to make it even juicier, her old flame Dylan McKay is the father of her four-year-old son.

To get you in the mood for its premiere, Now introduces you to the new kids on the 90210 block and catches up with what the old school favourites are up to…

Tabitha Wilson
Jessica Walter, 67
Annie and Dixon’s grandmother is a legendary Hollywood star who sticks her nose in everyone’s business.

Ryan Matthews
Ryan Eggold, 24

The original cast - where are they now?

Luke Perry, 43
After the show ended, Luke featured in various TV movies and was in the 1997 film The Fifth Element. Rumours abound that he’ll appear in the new show.

Jennie Garth, 36
Jennie’s the only original cast member so far to return in a regular role. Her character Kelly is now West Beverly Hills High’s guidance counsellor.

Shannen Doherty, 37
After leaving the show in 1994, Shannen went on to star in Charmed. She pops up in a few episodes of 90210 when her character Brenda moves back from London for
a month to work on a special project.

Jason Priestley, 39
Jason played hottie Brandon until 1998 before leaving to take up various TV roles. He’s reportedly heading back to the 90210 set, but won’t be getting in front of the camera
– he’s going to direct an episode instead.

Ian Ziering, 44
Loveable Steve Sanders won’t be back any time soon. Ian, who was on Dancing With The Stars in 2007, says he’d rather pass.

Tori Spelling, 35
Tori’s character Donna Martin was going to return until money got in the way. Reportedly offered less than Jennie and Shannen, Tori pulled out. Since the original show ended, she’s become a reality TV star.

Gabrielle Carteris, 48
After leaving her role as Andrea, Gabrielle hosted her own talk show, which sadly only lasted one season.

Brian Austin Green, 35
The man who played David Silver now stars in the sci-fi series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
