Britain’s Got Talent's Faryl Smith is amazed George Sampson's become a teen heartthrob.
The opera singer, 13, became pals with the breakdancer, 15, when they were on the show last year.
‘I don’t get recognised half as much as George,’ she tells Now Online at her album launch.
‘When I met up with him in London, girls were waiting outside his house and ringing the buzzer! It’s crazy!
'I don’t see him like that though. To me, he’s just George.’
Faryl, who releases her debut album on 9 March, doesn’t have the same hassles.
‘My mum’s still getting used to me being famous,’ she says. ‘I don’t get recognised in the street yet.
'I did straight after Britain’s Got Talent, but not so much now.’
