Bad boy Cain Dingle returns to Emmerdale

Actor Jeff Hordley left Emmerdale in September 2006

Emmerdale's Cain Dingle is to make a dramatic return to the ITV soap.

The bad boy, played by actor Jeff Hordley, 38, exited the show in 2006.

He escaped in a helicopter following a kidnapping plot.

Cain turns up in the village in April to help his daughter Debbie gain custody of her child. 

‘The storyline is in keeping with his character and a perfect was to bring Cain back into the heart of the Dingle clan – where he belongs,’ says Jeff.
