Actor remaining positive despite cancer battle

Patrick Swayze is recovering well in hospital, according to his mum.
The Dirty Dancing star, 56, who has pancreatic cancer, is being treated for pneumonia.
‘He sounds really upbeat and positive,’ his mother Patsy tells Us Weekly.
‘We don't talk about illness when I talk to him. He hasn't even been there a week!’
Patrick and his wife Lisa Niemi, 52, recently renewed their wedding vows.
