Kate Bosworth made her screen debut in The Horse Whisperer
Kate Bosworth has admitted that she’s had counselling in the past.
The actress says talking to someone helped her to put her life in perspective.
‘[I had therapy] on and off growing up,’ she tells Stella.
‘If you find a person who can help you navigate your way – I’m not talking about sitting there with a shrink, but really someone who can help you to understand yourself and be happier – then I’m an advocate of that.’
Kate, 25, is dating English model James Rousseau, 28.
