Paris Hilton has rubbished rumours she's had breast implants.

The heiress insists that she'd be too terrified to ever go under the knife.

'I'm really scared of needles,' she says.

Paris, 27, is happy with her figure as it is.

'I like looking natural and flat chested,' she tells Glamour.

'When I was younger I was obsessed with wearing padded bras and stuff, but as I get older I realise that I like myself the way I am.'
