Star got close to WAG at World Cup

Cheryl Cole was disappointed not to hear from Victoria Beckham when the Girls Aloud star's husband was accused of cheating.
The X Factor judge got close to the WAG when they supported Ashley, 28, and David Beckham, 33, at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
But Posh, 34, failed to get in touch with Cheryl when news broke of Ashley's alleged affair.
‘I mean, David's mum is friends with Ashley's mum,’ she says.
‘[Victoria] was in my hotel room the whole time during the World Cup – we've had barbecues together – so I was quite shocked by that.’
Cheryl, 25, admits she was horrified by the claims made by single mum Aimee Walton.
‘Can you imagine? Saying all that stuff about a married man in that state?' she tells Vogue. 'How he was vomiting on her and couldn’t stand up straight?
'And then saying she felt sorry for me! For me? I mean, to be honest, I feel sorry for her.’
