Singer's girl wants to break into the industry

Lourdes was said to have been offered a part in The Secret Life Of Bees

Madonna's daughter Lourdes has apparently enrolled at Manhattan’s Professional Children’s School.

The singer, 50, whose divorce from Guy Ritchie was finalised at the weekend, moved back to New York with her kids in the autumn.

And it’s thought 12-year-old Lourdes, her child with ex Carlos Leon, wants to start acting classes.

‘Lourdes is desperate to become an actress and has joined Manhattan’s Professional Children’s School,’ a source tells the Daily Mail.

‘She is determined to prove herself and plans to throw herself into studying the technique.’

Macaulay Culkin, Scarlett Johansson and Sarah Jessica Parker are among the prestigious academy's former pupils.

Guy, 40 - who has Rocco, 8, and adopted David Banda, 3, with Madonna - is expected to start filming new movie Sherlock Holmes in New York this week.
