Band to hit the big screen
Saturday, 10 January 2009
Take That are in talks to make a blockbuster about their rise to fame.
The group - Gary Barlow, 37, Howard Donald, 40, Mark Owen, 36, and Jason Orange, 38 - have been approached by movie producers.
‘The boys thought it would be a great idea,’ a source tells the Sunday People.
‘It is something they have thought about doing but never got the idea off of the ground. It is still supposed to be very hush-hush, though.’
Although Take That have no plans to star in the film themselves, it is thought they’ll be involved with the casting and directing.
It is unclear whether Robbie Williams, 34, who left the band in 1995, will be involved.
