Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes will be reunited for Christmas

Katie Holmes' hectic lifestyle seems to have taken its toll on her.

Tom Cruise's wife, who turned 30 last week, was seen looking tired outside her New York apartment.

The actress has been juggling motherhood and performing twice daily in All My Sons on Broadway.

Tom, 46, missed her milestone birthday as he was promoting his new film Valkyrie in LA.

But he arranged for Katie to celebrate with the cast and crew of her play.

As well as getting a rendition of Happy Birthday from the audience, she was given a huge cake.

‘It was a real pleasure,’ Katie tells The Sun.

Tom and Katie have two-year-old daughter Suri.
