Cheryl Cole: I'd like to get romantic Christmas gifts for Ashley

Singer's looking forward to 25 December

Cheryl Cole likes to spoil her husband Ashley at Christmas time.

And the singer, 25, can't wait to spend some quality time with him.

'After the year I've had, being so busy, it's an important time and I want to get it right in every way,' she says.

'I like the idea of doing something old-fashioned for Christmas and making it very romantic.

'I'm a real Christmas person. It's such a family time and I love getting festive.

'I'd like to fill stockings with romantic and thoughtful presents for Ashley.'

It is thought Cheryl and Ashley, 27, will spend December 25 at their Surrey mansion.

Ashley is due to play for his football team Chelsea on Boxing Day.
