TV presenter thinks socialite gets a bad rep

Alexa Chung is friends with Pixie Geldof and model Daisy Lowe

Alexa Chung says she's taken her pal Pixie Geldof under her wing.

The TV presenter, 24, thinks it's sad that the socialite, 18, gets a hard time from the press.

‘I try and look after Pix and pass on what little advice I can,’ she tells The Sunday Times Magazine.

‘She’s younger than us but she’s super-smart. It’s a shame she gets such a bad rep.’
