Zoe Ball: I tip tequila into pot plants

Zoe Ball lives in Brighton with husband Norman Cook and their son Woody

Zoe Ball can’t handle shots anymore.

The presenter, 37, has an inventive way of disposing of them.

‘If I can I always try to avoid lethal shots like tequila and sambuca,’ she tells S magazine.

‘I’ve been in too many situations at the end of the night when they’re suggested with dire consequences.

‘Nowadays, if one makes it my way I try to tip it into the nearest pot plant.’

Zoe has a seven-year-old son with husband Norman Cook.
