Alexandra Burke admits she cursed at Simon Cowell before The X Factor final.

The talent show winner says it was the only way she could let off steam.

‘To get rid of nerves I’d shout, “Fuck it!” just before I went on stage,’ she says. ‘I even started swearing at Simon Cowell on the phone!

'We were chatting about the final and I started shouting, “I f*cking want this. I f*cking want to win!”

'Luckily, he found it funny and liked the fact I wanted it so badly.’

Alexandra, 20, already has plans to collaborate with her mentor Cheryl Cole, 25.

‘She seemed really keen,’ she tells the Daily Star Sunday. ‘It’d be amazing to do something with all of Girls Aloud.’
