Nicole Richie: I'm not working on an album with Rihanna

Simple Life star not launching music career

Nicole Richie is the daughter of singing legend Lionel Richie

Nicole Richie did not ask Rihanna for help with her debut record.

The Simple Life star was rumoured to have got in touch with the 20-year-old singer for some tips.

But her rep has set the record straight.

'While Nicole respects Rihanna and thinks she is immensely talented,
she is not currently working on an album and hence, not currently
working with Rihanna as has been recently reported,' her spokesperson tells Us Weekly.

It was also rumoured that Kelly Osbourne, 24, had offered her support to Nicole, 27.
