Coleen Rooney's disabled sister Rosie McLoughlin is treated at the Alder Hey Hospital

Coleen Rooney spent the day with caring for sick children when she visited a specialist clinic last week.

The WAG was at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool to shoot an ITV documentary.

Coleen chatted and posed for pictures with her young fans.

She even told some lucky patients that husband Wayne, 23, had organised for them to have a day out at Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.

‘The work done here at Christmas and every other day is truly an inspiration,’ she tells The Sun.

Her disabled sister Rosie, 10, who suffers from Rett Syndrome, is treated at the hospital.
