Jade Goody has missed several pantomime performances at Lincoln's Theatre Royal because of ill health.
The mum-of-two, who is undergoing radiotherapy to treat cervical cancer, is starring as the Wicked Witch in Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs until 24 January.
'She has flu. The cancer treatment is going well but obviously affects her in different ways,' Jade's rep told The Sunday People.
'I just sleep all the time when I'm not on stage,' says Jade, 27, who believes her life-threatening condition should have been discovered earlier.
‘For years I was told I couldn’t go to the toilet properly because I’d abused myself with laxatives.
‘I was palmed off with nothing.’
Jade finally found out what was wrong with her in August and had a hysterectomy.
'When I first got told I had cancer it was only in a certain area and I was told there was a 95% chance of survival,' she tells the Independent.
'But when they took the womb out they found the cancer had spread and jumped a stage from 1b to a 3+.'
It's believed Jade now has a 50% chance of survival.
