Doctors alter dosage after side-effects

Kerry Katona has changed her bipolar medication after slurring her words on This Morning.

The reality TV star, 28, and husband Mark Croft, 37, spoke to doctors about her prescription drugs following speculation she was drunk.

‘We chose to change it because the dosage was too high,’ says Mark. ‘It caused Kerry to have slurred speech.’

But Kerry, who has admitted having a problem with alcohol in the past, is still fuming about the interview.

‘If you look up chlorpromazine you’ll realise the side-effects – I wasn’t drunk on This Morning,' she says.

'I'll never go back on the show. I can't believe how much publicity [it] got, I'm still getting grief now.

'I watched it back and it was so patronising.'
