Mariah Carey has said she wants to start a family

Mariah Carey has sparked speculation she’s to become a mum.

The singer has cancelled dates for her 2009 tour unexpectedly.

Insiders think it's because she’ll be too heavily pregnant to perform.

Mariah is also said to have been seen clutching baby scan pictures.

‘I have not been told she’s pregnant,’ her spokesman tells The Sun.

Mariah, 38, wed rapper Nick Cannon, 27, in a secret ceremony in April.
