Davina McCall takes a child-free holiday every year – so she can romp with her husband.

The Big Brother host and Matthew Robertson, 40, take a break annually without their three kids.

‘It’s so important. It’s not just sex – although we do it every day on holiday, which is a glorious luxury,’ she tells the Daily Express.

‘We can even do it in the morning, which we certainly can’t do at home as we often have three children bouncing on our bed at 6am.’

Davina, 41, and Matt are parents to Holly, 7, Tilly, 5, and Chester, 2.
