Blake Fielder-Civil: I’m not after Amy Winehouse’s money

Singer's jailed husband denies he wants to cash in on their marriage

Blake Fielder-Civil married Amy Winehouse in Miami last year

Blake Fielder-Civil has hit back at reports he demanded £1 million from his estranged wife Amy Winehouse.

The couple are said to have consulted divorce lawyers about ending their 18-month marriage.

But Blake denies asking her manager for cash.

‘I’m not interested in Amy’s money,’ he says. ‘I’m not taking a penny off her.’

But his mum Georgette Civil believes he’s entitled to a slice of the 25-year-old singer's fortune.

‘Amy’s worth £10 million and Blake’s her husband,’ she tells the News Of The World.

‘He’s entitled to at least £3 million after all he’s been through with her.’

Blake, 26, was sent back to Edmunds Hill Prison for allegedly failing a drugs test while on parole at Life Works rehab centre.

In July, he was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
