Melanie Sykes: I’m not ready to date

TV host still getting over split from husband

Melanie Sykes and actor Daniel Caltagirone have two sons together

Melanie Sykes isn’t on the look out for a new man following her separation from husband Daniel Caltagirone.

The TV presenter and the Italian actor ended their seven-year marriage in July.

And Mel admits she's still coming to terms with their break-up.

'I'd been with Daniel a long time so it's a strange transition,' she says.

'And it's still very recent so I'm not completely over it.

‘I’m not at the stage where I can date yet, and I don’t want to.'

Melanie, 38, and Daniel, 33, have sons Roman, 6, and Valentino, 4.
