Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas only started dating in July

Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas have revealed that are expecting a baby.

The Coronation Street actress, 32, started dating the Hollyoaks star in July, shortly after splitting from husband Jack Ryder, 26.

‘We are delighted to be able to announce that we are having a baby,’ the couple say in an official statement.

‘All our family and friends are very excited at the prospect of a new arrival next summer.’

Last month Kym admitted that she and Jamie had talked about settling down and having kids.

Kym is already mum to David, 12, and Emily, 10, from a previous relationship while Jamie is dad to Billy, 2.
