Saturday, 3 January 2009
Will Young admits he has regular sessions with a shrink.
‘I started seeing my therapist three years ago and it’s completely changed my life,’ he says.
'If your car is broken you go to a garage and you're quite comfortable saying, "I don't know how to fix it", it should be the same with the mind.'
Will, 29, did consider taking antidepressants in the past.
‘There were definitely times when I thought I was pretty close,’ he tells The Observer Magazine.
'My brother is on them because he’s bipolar.’
