Victoria Beckham debuted her pixie crop at New York Fashion Week in September

Victoria Beckham has been snapped with what appear to be small bald spots on her head.

Onlookers noticed her patches when she was out in central London last night.

Hairdresser Richard Ward reckons years of using extension could be responsible for Victoria, 34, is losing her hair.

‘Any prolonged stress to the root area of the hair can cause temporary hair loss,’ he tells The Sun.

‘Pony tails repeatedly tied too tight, poor quality synthetic clips worn constantly in the same area and, of course, the constant pressure of extensions, have all been known to result in bald patches due to the pressure on the hair.'
