Kings Of Leon's Caleb Followill battled anorexia

Caleb Followill has revealed he had an eating disorder as a teenager.

The Kings Of Leon singer lived on a diet of coffee in a bid to lose weight.

‘I always thought that I wasn’t good enough,’ he explains. ‘I’d do anything to keep my hands and mouth busy without eating.’

But Caleb, 26, says he’s still self-conscious about his body.

‘I want to look like I can defend myself,’ he tells Q.

‘I want a guy to look at me in a bar and know he can’t talk shit to me or run me over — even though he probably could.’
