Fearne Cotton has revealed that making love is the best way to relax after a hard day’s work.

The 27-year-old presenter, who recently split from Steve Jones, 31, reckons sex helps solve any problem.

‘It’s the adrenaline thing,’ she tells In Style. ‘You need to have that release.

'If you’ve been working really hard and you’re pent-up and tense, sex, getting really drunk or going to the gym will cure it.

'But sometimes you need all 3 simultaneously!’

Fearne is set to present a new ITV diet show called Thinspiration with Louise Redknapp, 34, to highlight the health complications of being too skinny.
