Chef makes joke about affair rumours
Friday, 28 November 2008
Gordon Ramsay broke his silence yesterday over allegations he’s been cheating on wife Tana.
The chef has been accused of having a seven year affair with writer Sarah Symonds, 38.
But during the BBC Good Food Show at Birmingham's NEC, Gordon, 42, insisted he hasn't been playing away.
‘What a week I've had,’ he said. ‘My mum is in here tonight so I'm on my best behaviour, ooh la la. Oh f*** it. I didn't do it, mum, I love you.
'All my family are here as well and probably half of the News Of The World.’
Gordon, 42, also denied Tana, 33, has kicked him out of their bedroom.
‘I have had a mattress arriving this week, everyone thought it was because I had to sleep in the basement,’ he said.
‘Mattress, mistress, mattress, what a load of b*******.’
