Lindsay Lohan had 3 stints in rehab last year after admitting she was addicted to alcohol and drugs

Lindsay Lohan spent a fortune on rehab last year in a bid to beat her drink and drug demons – but CCTV footage of her shot last month shows her pouring vodka into her glass.

This 22-year-old actress was at Lotus Lounge nightclub in Washington DC when she was caught making the vodka and Red Bull. But it's unclear if she actually drank it.

The footage also shows her snuggling up to girlfriend Samantha Ronson, 31, who was DJing at the venue.

In September Lindsay denied she was drinking again.
