Kerry Katona has been photographed flashing sagging skin on her stomach her recent liposuction operation.

The reality star exposed her belly as she left her home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, yesterday.

Kerry, 28, had a £15,000 body makeover, which also included breast surgery to reduce her from 34GG to 34DD and laser removal of her stretch marks.

‘She looks great – she’s slim and is obviously proud of her figure,’ an onlooker tells the Daily Mirror. ‘But it’s not quite as perfect as she’d have us believe.

‘Like most mums, she’s never going to have a washboard tummy. And having all that excess fat removed is bound to have left her with some wrinkles.’
