Jennifer Ellison: I cried when Rob Tickle asked me to marry him

Jennifer Ellison's relationship with Rob Tickle moved incredibly quickly

Jennifer Ellison has revealed that she burst into tears when Rob Tickle got down on one knee.

The actress has only been dating the semi-pro boxer since March so she was surprised when he presented her with a ring.

‘We went to the Maldives and when I walked into our bedroom and there were petals on the bed and candles everywhere,’ she says.

‘There was a sign on the bed that read “Marry me?” and he got down on one knee. I just burst into tears.’

But Jen says she should have seen it coming.

‘We moved in together after 2 months and were talking about getting married and having babies straight away,’ she tells OK!.

‘We’d both been in serious relationships before and Rob’s got twin girls. It just feels different this time.’

Jen, 25, split with ex-fiancé Tony Richardson, 26, last year.
